Miss Elaine Mary Townroe, daughter of Alderman B. S. Townroe and Councillor Mrs [M] Townroe, of 53 Netherall gardens, and granddaughter of Lady Collingwood [of Dedham] was married yesterday to Mr R. M. Mayon-White, son of Mr and Mrs R. H. White, of Deganwy, North Wales. The wedding took place quietly at the Parish Church, Dedham.
